Contact a SHIELDING INTERNATIONAL representative to obtain a return authorization. All returns must be accompanied by the completed LEAD APRON RECYCLING REBATE FORM. Upon receipt of your return, either a rebate coupon redeemable within 45 days of return will be provided or a rebate check will be issued pending proof of purchase within the last 45 days to be provided with the LEAD APRON RECYCLING REBATE FORM.
